Reports from French Polynesia say the latest strike at the Intercontinental Hotel in Moorea has ended and work has resumed.
Four sacked employees, whose reinstatement was a key union demand, are reported to have withdrawn from the action and will pursue their grievance in court.
The four were dismissed in August after a female employee alleged they had raped her months earlier.
However, a police investigation has since failed to establish any wrongdoing and the case has been closed.
The union called a fresh strike two weeks ago but the hotel refused to rehire the four.
An earlier 45-day strike at the hotel over many of the same concerns was settled in mid-October.
