A person has died at the scene of a three-motorcycle crash near Nelson.
Police were called to the crash on Neudorf Road in Dovedale at 4.30pm today.
Police say the road is closed, and will be for some time.
Diversions are in place and motorists are advised to avoid the area.
The Serious Crash Unit has been notified, and will investigate the scene.
