The driver of a tourist bus that crashed near Rotorua killing five people has been charged and will appear in court today.

The 38-year-old Chinese national is charged with careless use of a motor vehicle causing death.
Four adults and a child died in the crash on State Highway 5 north of Rotorua.
Police said they can't rule out further charges being laid.
