A British tourist charged with assaulting a woman at Auckland's Takapuna Beach can now be named.
James Nolan, 26, lost his name suppression today after he failed to appear at the Auckland District Court for a second time.
An arrest warrant is out for him.
Mr Nolan is also charged with using a motor vehicle recklessly during the incident last month, and was later charged with fraud.
