Horowhenua District Council will exclude the public when it considers a peer-review of the report which labelled some of the chief executive's conduct as extremely risky.

The initial audit, revealed by RNZ last month, included concerns that emails from blacklisted senders were intercepted and diverted to the council's chief executive, David Clapperton.
At the time, Mr Clapperton said he would not comment because the initial audit was flawed and incomplete.
It has since been peer-reviewed and will go to the Finance, Audit and Risk subcommittee next Wednesday.
But the document was yet to be released.
The meeting agenda says excluding the public is necessary to protect the privacy of staff and other people, and to maintain the effective conduct of public affairs.
Councillors could choose to make it public at the meeting.
