A transport blueprint for Wellington, which includes two new tunnels and a flyover, has been approved by the Regional Transport Committee.
The plan for the corridor of State Highway One from Ngauranga to Wellington International Airport corridor plan includes a $33 million flyover around the Basin Reserve and extra tunnels at both Mount Victoria and the Terrace.
