A Dunedin psychotherapist criticised by the chief coroner in the Livingstone shooting case can be named for the first time.

Edward Livingstone shot dead his children, Bradley and Ellen, at their home in January 2014 before killing himself.
Yvonne Robertson had 24 psychotherapy sessions with him in the six months before the deaths.
She gave evidence at the inquest, but could not be named because she was given interim name suppression.
In her findings, chief coroner Deborah Marshall criticised the way Ms Robertson and a psychiatrist wrote letters that Livingstone produced in court in order to play down his risk of violence after twice breaching protection orders.
At the inquest Ms Robertson admitted she had been naive and would be more careful in future.
She asked for permanent name suppression to protect her professional reputation, but Ms Marshall said the need for freedom of speech was stronger.
