The two fathers who took legal action against a Christchurch school that banned their sons from taking part in a rowing competition will not take further legal action.

St Bede's College banned Jordan Kennedy and Jack Bell from competing at the Maadi Cup after they breached security and rode a baggage conveyor at Auckland Airport.
A High Court judge granted the boys' fathers, Shane Kennedy and Antony Bell, an interim injunction that allowed the boys to row.
The chair of the school's board of trustees, Warren Johnstone, said the parents had decided to take no further legal action.
He said, at the request of legal counsel for the parents, the board had agreed not to seek costs.
