Telecom is encouraging its customers to change their Yahoo xtra email passwords after spam made the rounds on Saturday.
About 160 complaints were received, with some customers opening suspicious emails and noticing further emails were being sent to their contact list.
A telecom spokesperson says the phishing issue was resolved early on Sunday morning, but customers affected will need to change their password to avoid any further issues.
