A Gisborne man in his 20s has been killed in a freak accident in Britain.
The man was hit by a falling street sign in the London suburb of Camden Town.
British newspaper The Independent quotes witnesses saying they heard a huge crash like the sound of a falling skip and saw a man lying under twisted metal.
They say passers by tried to help but the man was badly injured and died later in hospital.
