The locations of interest linked to the Covid-19 Delta outbreak continues to grow, with a K-Mart, a McDonalds and a Farro supermarket added to the list this afternoon.

The Ministry of Health has vowed to update its locations of interest list more regularly, as it steps up its battle against the outbreak.

The Director General of Health said new locations of interest will be published on the Ministry of Health website every two hours from today.

More sites have been added to the list this afternoon, including the Kmart at St Lukes, Countdown and Farro supermarkets in Grey Lynn, Horizon Radiology in Otara, New World Papatoetoe, McDonalds New Lynn, and the dining hall at the University of Auckland's Grafton campus.

More than a million New Zealanders have now had two doses of the Pfizer vaccine, with another 382,500 doses arriving in the country this weekend. Seventy-three percent of New Zealanders over the age of 40 are either vaccinated or booked in to get the jab.
