Bail delay for one-punch attack accused

A New Zealander jointly charged over a one-punch attack that killed a Brisbane teenager has had his bail bid postponed due to visa issues.

Daniel Jermaine Lee Maxwell is one of two men facing a charge of unlawful striking causing the death of Cole Miller, an elite water polo player, in January.

A Supreme Court bail application was adjourned to a date to be fixed after the court was told the 21-year-old New Zealand national could be taken into immigration custody if bailed.
