A teenager has drowned after jumping off a bridge in Waikato.
Emergency services were called to Te Kopua bridge in Raglan shortly after midday after a report that a 16-year-old boy was missing.
Police said it appeared a group of teenagers were jumping off the bridge and one had landed on top of the boy.
Friends and family found him ten minutes later but he was unable to be revived.
Police said they were investigating the matter.
