A man is dead after a truck went into the water from a wharf at South Port in Bluff.
The police say they were called at 1.30pm and divers found the driver still inside his cab.
Attempts are now being made to retrieve the body and the truck.
The police serious crash unit is investigating, along with Worksafe.
