ACT Party leader David Seymour plans to table his member's bill in Parliament tomorrow seeking to legalise voluntary euthanasia.
The bill would be a conscience vote for MPs, rather than one conducted along party lines.
However, Parliament's health select committee is already holding an inquiry into whether or not the law should be changed to legalise assisted dying.
