09:20 Panga: the Te Reo Maori Wordle
A simple 5-letter word game has taken the world by storm. It's called Wordle. You get six attempts to guess the daily word, and can only play once a day.
Emile Donovan spoke to Wordle creator Josh Wardle over the weekend, and now a version in Te Reo Maori has sprung up - called Panga.
It was created by computer programmer Wayne McDougall, who speaks to Jesse.

A new world record was set late last Friday night. Kaiapoi-based artist Emma Timmis ran the length of New Zealand, Cape Reinga to Bluff, in 21 days.
She beat the previous record by 14 days.

10:15 Lawrence Arabia 'Chant Darling' tour
Lawrence Arabia is the pseudonym of Christchurch, singer-songwriter James Milne. His tour 'Chant Darling' begins this week after being rescheduled multiple times last year. Throughout January, February and March, Lawrence Arabia and the full band go all out on the road with a long awaited vinyl release, and a flurry of shows featuring the album played in full.

Our next guest is a primary school teacher in Northland who would love to ignite conversations around how important getting outdoors is for children and everyone for that matter! Rachel Martin is currently embarking on a lengthy hike from the Kaweka Ranges on the East Coast to Mount Taranaki on the West Coast... she set off on the 29th December. She had a small amount of funding from the Federated Mountain Clubs and will be writing some articles for them and the NZ Wilderness Magazine about her journey.
