Marc Goss is the manager of The Mara Elephant Project (MEP), which brings together researchers and conservationists in an effort to help protect African elephants. The project tracks up to 15 elephants to better understand their movements, works with the local community through anti-poaching education, and its Rapid Response Unit involves on-the-ground rangers who patrol for poachers.
