Michael Barnett, CEO of the Auckland Chamber of Commerce, who was the former deputy chair of the Auckland Regional council when the integrated ticketing system was planned; mayor Len Brown and Labour's transport spokesman Phil Twyford. Snapper, which supplies cards and machine readers to its sister company NZ Bus, has failed to deliver on its promise to make its system compatible with Hop in Auckland. Auckland Transport says in a leaked lawyer's letter to Snapper that it's considering the future of the contract with the Wellington-based company,
