Leonard Cohen and current artists inspired by him tell stories about his influential life and work, intertwined with music from his 2012 album of new songs, Old Ideas.

In the programme Leonard Cohen shares insights into how he finds the imagery used in his songs and the way the songs are produced.

The host is Rita Houston who also hosted the New York event at Joe’s Pub. Other musicians interviewed throughout the show are Rhett Miller (Old 97s), Nicole Atkins, and members of New Pornographers, Cults, Cold War Kids, Deerhunter, Atlas Sound and the Mountain Goats.
