‘Tonight We Could Go Out Dancing (As If It’s The Last)’ is an upbeat, rhythm-driven, ‘apocalyptic’ party banger that’ll get you on the dancefloor. It’s the third release from King Sweeties’ upcoming EP We Are the Bosses.
“We wrote the lyrics to the song pre-pandemic, but 2020 has brought a whole new meaning to it (as it has with every song ever written). This song is about remaining hopeful in tough times. We hope it brings you some joy!” Cass Says.
The accompanying video was made by Auckland illustrator Frances Haszard, who’s worked with the likes of Lawrence Arabia and Julien Dyne and created the visuals for both King Sweeties previous releases, ‘ Let’s Just Stay in Bed’ and ‘Lydia'.
