Napier school reopens after flooding damage

Half of the classrooms at Henry Hill School in Onekawa were partially submerged after the floods in Napier last week.

When other schools in the city reopened on Thursday, staff at the school were teaching remotely and scrambling to make the classrooms useable.

In a happier turn of events, the school will now welcome students back at 8.45am on Monday.
