Cyclone Donna could become category 4

There are warnings Cyclone Donna could become a severe category 4 storm with very destructive wind gusts as high as 260 kilometres an hour. The Cyclone was forecast to make landfall overnight in Vanuatu. RNZI's Moera Tuilaepa-Taylor has the latest.
