Police data has revealed the New Zealand regions where the worst speeding offences occur. We're joined by Chris L’Ecluse from the GPS-based fleet management company Teletrac Navman which carried out the analysis of New Zealand Police data gathered from speeding tickets issued over four years between January 2015 and December 2018.
