Consumers are being warned that some exotic mushrooms being sold in supermarkets and high-end restaurants as 'New Zealand grown' are actually imported from China. Local grower Bruce McKinnon from Hawke's Bay talks with Karyn about growing organic Shiitake and maintaining New Zealand's native fungi.
