10:20 NCEA Changes.

The government has announced an overhaul of the National Certificates of Educational Achievement, or NCEA. The changes, which will be phased in over the next four years include removing all fees for sitting NCEA and scholarship exams and re-jigging the proportion of internal and external examinations.  The Principal of Albany Senior High School in Auckland and council member for the Education Council, Claire Amos gives us her reaction.
