Napier Mayor updates overnight weather

The torrential rain continued overnight with the east coast of the North Island hit particularly hard. After a brief respite yesterday, it's been raining hard in Wairarapa and Hawke's Bay and it's forecast to stick around for some time yet. Mayor of Napier Kirsten Wise spoke with Nathan Rarere.
