Gisborne's covid recovery impacted by storms, floods

Gisborne's Mayor says regular storms and flooding makes it feel like the council takes two steps forward, then one back again. This weekend a deluge of rain flooded a highway and sent forest slash towards beaches. First term Mayor Rehette Stoltz told Indira Stewart the flooding has impacted the regions covid recovery.
