AT THE MOVIES #777                   NO NUMBERS AFTER THE TITLE

Simon Morris takes advantage of the crowded Spring Cleaning season, and picks three movies that aren’t sequels, remakes, reboots or cover versions.  He picks one science fiction drama, an R-rated comedy for 12-year-olds, and a touching yachting documentary.

Ad Astra sees an astronaut going in search of his long-missing father.  Stars Brad Pitt, Tommy Lee Jones and Donald Sutherland.

Good boys is an R-rated, coming-of age film for the “Kids say the darnedest things” crowd.  Produced by Seth Rogan, and starring Jacob Tremblay (Room).

And Maiden tells the story of Tracy Edwards, the skipper of the first all-women crew to compete in the Whitbread Round the World challenge.
