Stormy weather has been making its way down the country.
Downpours in Taranaki started overnight in the day and by midday 90mm of rain had fallen at New Plymouth Airport, more than in all of last of last November.
St Joseph's Primary School, Mike Dowd, tells Karyn about heavy flooding in the area.
