The Importance of Sleep and how to Maximise your Brain Health

Tired seems to be the default setting for many of us these days. But when that feeling can't be fixed with a good night's sleep, it tips over into fatigue. Dr Lila Landowski is a neuroscientist at  the University of Tasmania and a passionate advocate for science. She and her team are doing research into fatigue, stroke, Alzheimers and other diseases that impact the brain. She has advice about the importance of sleep and what we can do to maximize brain health.
