They have so far flown from Bluff to Auckland, covering 1600 kilometres over 14 hours. They're now waiting for better weather to complete their mission to Cape Reinga.

3:35 Critter of the Week Bluebottle Jellyfish/Portuguese man of war
It’s the time of the year when people head to the beaches, to the bush and to their favourite campsites, and with borders closed – people will be noticing a lot more nature around them. DOC threatened species ambassador Nic Toki wants people to be able to enjoy and appreciate the nature – but maybe not love it too much. This week's critter is one that people might also want to steer clear of, it's the Bluebottle Jellyfish/Portuguese man of war. It does sting.
