World famous designer Nick Talbot has revealed his concept of a floating hotel to the Tourism Futures conference in Brisbane. The Aircruise, a towering diamond shaped floating luxury hotel, could float from London to New York in 37 hours.
The distance food travels from the farm gate to the shopping trolley is not an important consideration for shoppers in the UK according to a new study by Otago University. Several supermarket chains in the UK started labeling their products with information about how far the food had traveled when consumers claimed they were concerned about the carbon footprint of their fruits and veggies. But this new research shows what shoppers say and what they do are two different things.

It was created by one of the country's most respected sculptors Terry Stringer. The whole Aotea square is being rebuilt to fix that leaky underground car park.
