French Polynesia's labour tribunal has thrown out the case of four hotel employees whose dismissal triggered a 63-day strike at the Intercontinental Hotel in Moorea last year.
The four were dismissed in August after a female employee alleged they had raped her months earlier.
However, a police investigation failed to establish any wrongdoing and the case was closed.
After hotel management refused to rehire them, they took their case to court.
But their action failed, with the courts upholding the hotel management's decision to sack them for alleged sexual harassment.
It is not known if they will appeal.
