Arthur Philitoga was the founder and organiser of the festival before his sudden death earlier this month.

The singer/songwriter and producer was only 45.

The Hawaiian-based Fiji musician George Veikoso will join local artists Simi & the Fusion Band, Bits N Pieces, Powerplay, Na Drua and Bonafide to honour Mr Philitoga at the festival.

Fiji is also mourning the death of musician Daniel Rae Costello Junior who died in Australia this week at the age of 58.

A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held next month at the Lautoka Christian Outreach Centre.
