The Republican Governor of the Northern Marianas, Ralph Torres, and his running-mate Arnold Palacios, have won a convincing victory in Tuesday's poll.

The Marianas Variety reports that US Congressman for the CNMI, Gregorio Kilili Sablan, also easily beat his challenger, Angel Demapan.
The poll had been delayed for a week because of the destruction resulting from Typhoon Yutu.
