Samoa pushes harsher penalties for boy racers

Samoa's prime minister says he has told his Attorney General to draft an amendment that would give harsher penalties for boy racers.

Tuilaepa Sailele Malielegaoi was reacting to the discharge without conviction of two men who were accused of racing around the streets of Apia.

Tuilaepa called the defendants rich young men who endangered lives with "rich spoiled antics".
