PNG looks to establish college to train locals in Chinese language

Papua New Guinea's government is considering establishing a community college which aims to train locals in the Chinese mandarin language.

It's up for discussion next week when PNG's Foreign Minister Rimbink Pato visits China where he will have talks with his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi

According to One PNG Online, the college proposal will feature in discussion on China's development co-operation assistance to PNG

Other items up for consideration include the proposed MOU on Visa Waiver Requirements for Officials and Diplomatic Passport Holders by nationals of the two countries.
