PNG are in the same group as Zimbabwe, India and Australia.

They have beaten Zimbabwe once in their history but have never beaten the other two teams.

Cricket PNG's Greg Campbell said his young side had definitely targeted the Zimbabwe game as a possible win.

But Mr Campbell said anything could happen against the other two sides when pressure is applied.

"They're probably under more pressure than us, India and Australia. They are coming in to play an associate member who have performed quite reasonable so we are looking forward to it.

"We think long term future in Cricket PNG so we have high hopes that six to seven of these young boys in the next one or two years could be [senior] Barramundi players so we rate them quite highly but we understand the task at hand."
