The third division LaLiga club capitalised on Fijian mistakes, with the Melanesians missing seven clear chances in front of goal.
The home side scored twice in each half, with Iosefo Verevou managing a consolation penalty in the second spell.
Coach Frank Farina has been largely complimentary of his team's performances on tour but said he was really disappointed with the way Fiji are making mistakes and giving the opponents chances to score.
The tourists were also beaten 3-0 by a Villareal Youth team yesterday and have lost three and drawn two matches on tour so far.
Their final clash is tomorrow against Shenua Shanghai in Valencia.
