Fiji's Citizens' Constitutional Forum has withdrawn an elections-related document from its website after the authorities in Fiji warned it had not been officially approved.
The paper entitled "Free and Fair Elections" was the first in a series intended to spark discussion at four public events organised by the Forum in the run-up to the September polls.
The report rated the elections so far against international standards and found the government had earned an average three and a half stars out of five.
The first meeting involving a panel discussion and questions from the audience took place last week at the University of the South Pacific in Suva.
The CCF is meeting today on the matter.
