One of the 71 candidates in last week's election in Tonga has asked for a recount.
The call was made by Viliami Uasike Latu, who missed out by 51 votes on winning the second seat in the Vava'u constituency for the People's Representatives.
The Supervisor of Elections, Pita Vuki, is now making preparations for a recount next week.
He says this process may take three days.
Mr Vuki says he is unaware of any recounts in the past that overturned the original results that were announced.
