People opposed to changing to driving on the left hand side of the road in Samoa have filed a lawsuit to stop the government's move.
The legal action names the Prime Minister, Tuila'epa Sa'ilele Malielegaoi, the Cabinet, and the Transport Control Board as respondents.
The legal action, by the organisation People Against Switching Sides or PASS, claims that the decision is reckless and negligent, will cause loss of human life and will breach the constitution.
The group also believe the change will harm the local economy and cause loss to the business community.
It says the government has failed to take into account the concerns of the community as reflected in the protest march held last year.
