There Are No More Four Seasons: ReBiber

There Are No More Four Seasons are the Swedish duo of Mattias Petersson & George Kentros – you might have caught them on their recent tour of New Zealand. This is a selection from their new album ReBiber, an electronic take on Biber’s famous Passacaglia for solo violin from 1676.

Mason Bates

If you heard his violin concerto at the recent NZSO Bold Worlds concert, like us, you probably want to hear more by the young American composer and DJ, recently named 'the most-performed composer of his generation'. His Anthology of Fantastic Zoology was inspired by and named after  a compendium of mythological creatures by Argentinian writer Jules Luis Borges.
