A quick guided tour through the 90-minute Turangalîla Symphony – what it's all about and how it's made up.

Graham briefly interviews the two soloists, pianist Joanna MacGregor and ondist Cynthia Millar, as well as the conductor Stefan Asbury.

The Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra, bolstered by musicians from the Australian National Academy of Music, provide the musical illustrations.

The concert was presented as part of the Auckland Arts Festival.
