The media tycoon Rupert Murdoch has launched a new Sunday newspaper in Britain.
It replaces the News of the World, which was closed last year amid a major phone hacking scandal.
The editor of the daily edition of The Sun, Dominic Mohan, will also be in charge of the new Sunday edition. He is understood to have met Mr Murdoch at the press production site on Saturday evening.
Mr Murdoch says he hoped the Sunday edition of The Sun would emulate the success of its predecessor which sold well over 2 million copies each week.
