The former managing director of the International Monetary Fund, who is accused of sexual assault, will be back in court in New York on Monday to enter a plea.
Dominique Strauss-Kahn, 62, was arrested on 14 May at John F Kennedy airport after an incident at a hotel in New York.
He is charged with a criminal sexual act, attempted rape, sex abuse, unlawful imprisonment and forcible touching. He faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted.
Lawyer Benjamin Brafman is expected to enter pleas of not guilty to the charges in New York Supreme Court before Judge Michael Obus.
Mr Strauss-Kahn resigned from his IMF post several days after he was charged.
