Trump planning phone call with Zelensky, White House official says

Donald Trump is planning to hold a phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, a White House official said on Wednesday (local time), after the US president said that he'll "be speaking to him over the next few days."

Trump made the comments during an event in the White House's Oval Office. He was answering a question about the Ukraine war and his engagement with Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
