Two people charged with the murder of Melbourne multi-millionaire Herman Rockefeller have appeared in court.
The body of the 52-year-old property investor was found in a suburban backyard in Melbourne's northwest eight days after he was reported missing on 21 January.
Mario Schembri, 57, and Bernadette Denny, 41, appeared in Melbourne Magistrates' Court on Monday, AAP reports.
They were not required to enter pleas and were remanded in custody until May 24.
Mr Rockefeller was once a senior executive at Brierley Investments in New Zealand.
