Police in Victoria are investigating a possible sighting of missing businessman Herman Rockefeller.
A woman believes he bought food in her general store in the small town of Gordon, west of Melbourne, on Monday afternoon.
Gordon is close to where Mr Rockefeller's car was found on Monday.
Mr Rockefeller, 52, who was a senior executive at Brierley Investments Ltd in New Zealand for more than 14 years, failed to return home from a business trip on Thursday.
He is involved in real estate investment in Melbourne and Tasmania.
The ABC reports the family is not related to the New York dynasty of the same name.
