The Israeli military has indicated that no criminal charges will be brought over the killing of 12 Palestinians, when their home was bombed in Gaza last November.
The military on Sunday said the planes were justifiably targeting a known individual and the extent of damage the attack caused had not been foreseen.
The attack occurred on 18 November during eight days of fighting in which around 170 Palestinians and six Israelis died.
Fighting ended after a truce was brokered by Egypt and the frontier has been mostly quiet since.
